Doing a full redesign, what to do about the links?

So as the title suggests, I plan on doing a full redesign of my website. Along with the redesign will come with a new UX and a stronger and better plan for SEO. I am keeping the exact same links, but adding in new pages. Currently going to use Local by Flywheel to start staging, but how do i go about after staging?

im not seeing the ability to add my elementor pro app to my staging site, but can i still do the full redesign?

I am a little all over the place, but hopefully can get some help and direction. TIA
