Help with Editing Links

Hi all, couple of bits I can't work out how to do with text links. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

First off I have a Nav Menu which I'd like to fade to a different colour on Hover, and also underline when Active. I can change Site Settings > Hover > Decoration, but no option for Active.

Secondly is there a way in the Text Editor to add a colour trasition on Hover too? I've done it for Heading using the custom CSS:
